Delion hats trunk c.1910
Adorable little trunk from the 1900s from the house of Delion, originally used to carry hats. This luggage is covered with a waterproof coated canvas, with a handle and studded fiber borders, and brass jewels to ensure closure.
The particularity of this object is the interior layout, with the original hats, we find a place to store a Canotier (hat for the countryside), two Melon hats (for the city), as well as a place for the top hat "claque" (for the evenings). The bindings are made of canvas, with a patented system to hold the two large hats.
Very good condition: The trunk is in nice condition, with a slight patina on the outside canvas. Some stains on the inside.
Secure delivery worldwide, with reinforced packaging and insurance. A tracking number is provided after ordering. ( Customs fees may be added for international shipments )
France: 100€ / Europe: 220€ / World: 390€
The hat is not only cumbersome, but also fragile and in most of the existing systems, it is forced to take the form of a support more or less made for it.
In our trunks, the hat is hung on ribbons that follow the curve of the hat's edge, whatever it may be. There is therefore no possible deformation.
