Goyard Hats Box c.1930

Interesting little Goyard hat box from the 1930s, covered in the emblematic Goyardine canvas and protected by clear lozine borders. It features brass jewels, with a central lock stamped Goyard Paris, and a leather handle attached to the front. The initials of the original owner, G.E.S, are painted in red under the handle.

Also of note is a very nice hotel label glued to the right side of the trunk, testimony to a trip to San Remo, in the Grand Hotel de l'Europe et de la Paix.

The interior is lined with yellow cotton canvas, with canvas straps to secure the various hats.

Very good condition : The trunk is in superb condition for its age, with a beautiful patina of Goyardine canvas. A few stains inside the bottom of the trunk.
