Moynat cabin trunk c.1910
Superb Moynat cabin trunk from the 1900's, covered with a checkerboard coated canvas and protected by lozine borders. This trunk is equipped with brass "cat's tongue" clasps marked Moynat Paris and three leather handles. There are Moynat authenticity plates on each side, as well as the original owner's initials E.F painted in blues. A large number of shipping labels from African countries have been stuck on the right side of the trunk during its various trips.
A nice label of the famous shipping company LLOYD is stuck on the top of the luggage.
The interior is in very nice condition, with the original manufacturer's label MOYNAT, as well as the original frame to store the clothes.

The cabin trunks measure 33cm high, exactly the height of a bed in a liner or sleeping car cabin. Allowing travelers to store their trunks under the bunk during a trip.
