Louis Vuitton Luggage Pyramid

Impressive pyramid of 6 Louis Vuitton luggage from the 1970/1980's comprising 4 Louis Vuitton Bisten cases 80cm, 70cm, 60cm & 55cm, as well as 2 hat boxes PM and GM.

The Bisten cases are covered with a monogram canvas and protected by lozine borders. There is a leather handle on each one, with the manufacturer's label and the serial number inside the four cases. There is a very nice patina on the canvas.

The cases are in good condition, with some marks on the interior and exterior canvas. The 60cm and the 70cm belonged to the same owner.

Both hatboxes are in very good condition, with brass clasps and leather buckles. The buckle of the GM is restored. The small one has the manufacturer's label with the serial number printed on leather inside. It is sold with its key.

This exceptional set takes us back to the 1950s and 1960s when the most important celebrities of the time always travelled with a large number of Louis Vuitton suitcases and hatboxes, much to the delight of the receptionists clinging to their hotel carts. ......
